Heath Ledger’s portrayal of the Joker in Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight’ is probably in everyone’s list of best superhero movie acting performances, if not just MOVIE performances. The character was such a mystery and a perfect villain to Christian Bale’s Batman that countless theories about him have popped up over the years.
