What is the BEST SD card to use in our Mavic Pro drone (or the Phantom, Spark, Air etc…) for 4K video and why? In this video I walk through the card specifications, speed, format, size and why they are important to us as drone owners… or are they?
I did have some issue with write speed when I was flying in very cold temperatures (-25 Deg F), unfortunately I couldn't tell this was happening until the footage was downloaded onto the PC as the mobile device screen was too small to see anything going on. So ONE of the artifacts is the electronics freeze and the data transfer gets compromised. This can somewhat be minimized by a high-end SD card which is discussed in this video in detail… Any comments? Let me know what you think, and Good Flying!
